Middle School Athlete Speed Training Program

Athletic Performance Training for Middle School (10-13 years):

Each athlete in our Middle School program will experience a responsible and progressive Sports Performance training method for developing a strong athletic foundation. We don’t just treat young athletes as miniature adults. We stress movement competency and building a wide ranging movement library for young athletes to build on. Each session incorporates general motor skills development, speed, agility, and strength in an age appropriate manner. Athletes are trained in a structured but fun format that ensures young athletes are prepared to handle the rigors of sports and training.

June 18th thru August 22nd

Tues/Thurs 8:45 am - 10:00 am

Full Session $285 (no class July 4th)

High School Strength and Athletic Training in Montana

High Performance Training for High School/College Athletes:

High Performance Training builds off of the athlete's solid athletic foundation to improve their athletic performance in their sport. Where traditional strength training focuses simply on building and strengthening muscles, our program includes dynamic/functional movement strength training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed techniques, first step quickness, agility, explosive power development, and energy system conditioning.

June 11th thru August 15th

Tues/Thurs 6:00 am - 7:15 am

Full Session $285 (no class July 4th)

"Last summer several boys from the Broncs soccer team participated in an intense Athletic Performance Training program at Elevate.  The boys really enjoyed working with their Trainer and they showed up for the start of the soccer season strong and fit. I credit this program for so much of our success this season.  Those who participated were stronger, quicker, and more confident. Most important, none of them suffered long-term injuries during the season, and those who did suffer minor injuries recovered quickly.  I enthusiastically recommend this program and strongly encourage it for high school athletes who want to take their game to the next level."
