With our partnership with Mike Boyle and MBSC Thrive, a leader in the performance industry, you will experience a cutting edge program saturated with the responsible and progressive Sports Performance training methods.
Our unique program includes:
linear and lateral speed development
foot speed and agility
explosive power development
proper weight training techniques
functional strength training
Athletes are closely supervised as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach takes them through an intense 60-75 minute workout and attention is always paid to proper technique and safety.
